Livelihood

It is not about the income only but a hope for the next day…

By nurturing women-led enterprises, we unlock the potential of those who have always been the backbone of households, yet rarely given the chance to lead in the marketplace. For low-income families, especially those led by women and Self-Help Group (SHG) members, entrepreneurship is more than business—it is a pathway to dignity, independence, and transformation.
Our doorstep Incubation-acceleration model focuses on empowering women with skills, resources, and networks to start and grow sustainable businesses ranging from tailoring and food processing to digital services and eco-friendly products. Access to finance, information, mentorship, and market linkages and collectivization ensures that their ventures are not just small-scale survival strategies, but engines of growth.
At aggregation level, we emphasize on value chain augmentation to harness the collective power of SHGs, federations, FPOS and producer enterprises. By channeling the solidarity into enterprise development, women can pool resources, share knowledge, and scale their businesses together. Each enterprise becomes a beacon of possibility, proving that women from low-income families can be job creators, not just job seekers.
Supporting women-led entrepreneurship is an investment in hope, resilience and progress. Every rupee invested in these enterprises multiplies into social impact, breaking cycles of poverty and inspiring generations.
