Our doorstep Incubation-acceleration model focuses on empowering women with skills, resources, and networks to start and grow sustainable businesses ranging from tailoring and food processing to digital services and eco-friendly products. Access to finance, information, mentorship, and market linkages and collectivization ensures that their ventures are not just small-scale survival strategies, but engines of growth.
At aggregation level, we emphasize on value chain augmentation to harness the collective power of SHGs, federations, FPOS and producer enterprises. By channeling the solidarity into enterprise development, women can pool resources, share knowledge, and scale their businesses together.
