Impact Coordinator/ Facilitator – Enterprise development

Location: Greater Kolkata Area (with possibility of transfer to other state locations too

Language Requirement: Bengali, Hindi and English

Length of Commitment: Contractual period of 12-18 months. The period may be further extended or reduced depending upon the performance of the candidate and project requirement, duration etc.

About the Role: The Impact 360 foundation is seeking a motivated Training and Development professional who will engage in community level coaching and handholding for enterprise & entrepreneurship development among the youth and women from urban poor communities. The Associate will work closely with the Field/ Branch Coordinator, Training Coordinator and Project Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Identify capacity building needs of the target group through analysis of baseline data and consultation with program participants and the line managers.

    • Ensure quality of training contents are in-line with commitment made in the project documents and contextualize the trainings according to the needs and profiles of the participants.
    • Impart interactive, practical and participative training on entrepreneurship and enterprise development for youth and women from low income groups.
    • Monitor, review and measure the progress of participants through interactions and evaluations.
    • On-ground, door step assistance to the aspiring/budding and struggling entrepreneurs on a continuous basis in all business support services: facilitating convergence to finance, market, supply chain and know-how; enabling financial inclusion and social mainstreaming; and monitoring their business health and family wellbeing of the participants.
    • Support teams in MIS, documentation, communication, impact evaluations and stakeholder networking

Qualifications:

    • Graduate with 5+ years work ex and preferably 3+ years in Enterprises and/ or Livelihood Development
    • In case of outstanding candidates or Post Graduates in business, commerce, economics or social welfare etc. work ex may be relaxed.
    • In case of younger candidates, having less experience a position of Impact facilitator can be considered.

Compensation: In line with not-for-profit Industry norms and depending on the salary history of the candidates
